All-Laser LASIK with Dr. Mark Schneider
“We know the choice to have laser vision correction is one of the most important decisions you will ever make in your life. So we take great care to determine what’s best for your vision. That’s why I now offer the advanced bladeless laser technology called IntraLase® for the increased safety it brings during the all important first step of creating the flap in All-laser LASIK. We are proud to be one of the first in the United States to offer our patients this next-generation technology”.
Dr. Mark Schneider
The IntraLase® is a femtosecond laser that uses a beam of laser light to form a layer of microscopic bubbles that separate the corneal tissue and create a corneal flap that is customized to your individual needs. This 100% blade free approach allows Dr. Schneider to create the corneal flap without the blade used in traditional LASIK to ever touch your eye. This bladeless, computer-guided technology has been proven in studies to be both safer and more accurate. Because of the superior accuracy of IntraLase laser, certain patients who were ineligible for LASIK may now be able to have treatment.
IntraLase has been used successfully on hundreds of thousands of eyes and we trust this advanced technology to deliver exceptional results. At Schneider Vision Correction Centers our commitment has always been to provide every patient with the ultimate in safety. With the IntraLase and the expertise Dr. Schneider is known for, we can help you achieve better vision with the added security of knowing you’re being treated with the most advanced technology available in the Inland Empire area today.
VISX™ Star S4 ActiveTrak Excimer Laser System
Based on his participation in the early FDA studies of the excimer laser technology, Dr. Schneider knows that having the right excimer laser technology does make a difference in patient outcomes. And Schneider Vision Correction Centers once again takes the lead in laser vision correction with the most advanced eye tracking technology now available on the market - the VISX™ Star S4 ActiveTrak Excimer Laser System.
Designed to detect and compensate for small eye movements by guiding the laser beam to keep it centered precisely over the treatment area, the ActiveTrak is the only 3d system on the market today. This state-of-the-art technology continuously repositions the laser beam throughout the procedure insuring pinpoint accuracy.
